How
Annandale Develops Your Customized Investment Plan
Step 1 - Initial Discussion
Annandale meets with the client to discuss financial goals
and objectives, income requirements, specific needs and risk
tolerance for every aspect of the relationship.
Step 2 - Asset Allocation
Annandale crafts a global investment strategy, formulating
for the client diversified individual investments, investment
managers and asset classes. Annandale professionals allocate
client assets to distinguished investment funds narrowly tailored
to satisfy client financial goals and reduce risk.
Annandale scrutinizes specific investments in every asset
class to ensure that the client is appropriately invested
in every instance.

Step 3 - Investment Policy
Statement
Once Annandale determines the client’s financial goals,
we outline the agreement reached during client discussions
and develop an Investment Policy Statement for each account.
Step 4 – Implementation
This stage involves actual allocation of a client's assets
to investment managers. Assets will be placed, in a timely
fashion, among managers across various, suitable asset classes.
Step 5 - Reporting
Annandale’s reporting offers clients a comprehensive
view of their portfolio’s performance and risks associated
with economic events. Our reporting is understandable, reader
friendly and relevant. Through technology, graphics, and relevant
data we provide reports that are flexible, informative and
useful.
Step 6 – Periodic Reviews
Continuous evaluation of portfolios allows Annandale Capital
to monitor, assess and realign your asset allocation should
conditions warrant change.
