In its fiduciary role, Annandale seeks to serve its clients by focusing on the core values of integrity, trust, and transparency.
Integrity
At Annandale Capital, we strive to provide objective, unbiased advice. We do not accept any referral fees or commissions from investment managers or service firms that we recommend. This practice aligns our interests with our clients’ interests and protects the integrity of the investment process. Additionally, our firm’s principals often invest in the same asset classes and investment managers as our clients, which aligns our recommendations with our personal investment choices.
Trust
Client confidentiality is of the utmost importance to the firm. Accordingly, Annandale will not disclose client identities, relationships or any other client information without either (1) client consent or (2) legal compulsion. Annandale clients may rest assured that their identities and sensitive financial information are carefully preserved from outside review.
Transparency
We believe in the importance of transparency when managing other people’s money, especially as it pertains to portfolio performance, investment management fees, and the following additional information:
• Portfolio Allocation – We provide quarterly Annandale reports in addition to monthly custodial statements.
• Macro Economic View – We provide quarterly market commentaries to help clients understand what drives investment decisions.
• Market Updates – We proactively reach out to clients when unusual events occur in global markets to inform our clients about what is happening and how it affects their portfolios.
• Portfolio Reviews – We schedule periodic meetings with clients to discuss portfolio changes that have occurred, explain our market outlook, and answer any client questions that arise.
